practice tool bug
so i was playing veigar in the practice tool and i put up some test dummies and i killed them cause normaly they dont die so i dont know if this is a bug or its normal now

This is a known bug(you would have seen it too if you actually used the search box) that has been posted 30+ times by now. Anyone can kill the Training dummies if you apply grievous wounds to them.
