Keyboard doesn't work upon entry to new game sometimes

The bug is pretty annoying, and seems to be rather random. About half of the time, when I load into a new game i can't use any of my abilities without actually clicking it with the mouse. I'm not sure what is causing the issue, because i can type in the chat box if I open it. However the game client seems to not recognize the keyboard unless the chat box is open. I've tried rebinding keys, and it doesn't recognize any keys pressed while the rebind window is open. This has happened to me across two different computers, using both a plug and play logitech keyboard, and now with a razer blackwidow chroma. The weird part is that it doesn't happen 100% of the time. Up until my last game, if I exited the match, and reconnected, then it would resolve the issue. However in my last match, it took a full client restart to solve the problem, which makes it rather difficult to get prepared for the match, god forbid you forget to check, and end up in lane with no abilities at your disposal, lol.

Anyone else seeing this lately? It used to be an old bug that went away for a while, and i'm wondering if the new client caused it to rear it's nasty head again.
