Why doesn't Riot fix the client.
Client says 100% patching Eta 0 mins for 10 minutes lol nice. Tencent money big company downgrade client for more americca cash >_< lolol riot is bad, dead game cya in 10 years after the fall of this game.

Never got this bug. But thanks for sharing.
It happens when the patching servers and your network aren't communicating efficiently, resulting in miscommunications which tell you ETA 0 mins despite needing more time to complete the patch. It isn't much of an issue really.
