Rabadon's Deathcap's AP indicator is not functioning, showing only 0 and not 30%AP.

Yeah some time it says 30%(UNKNOWN). It adds the AP trust me. It just doesn't show it in numbers some times.

It never shows the AP added for me. I figured I just needed more items or something, but I guess it is a bug!
