Reconnect won't work.

So I joined the character selection, the game was about to start and I landed back to the launcher with a not working "reconnect". My internet is perfectly fine and I've looked on Google for informations, this bug is there since 2017. And I get now afk punishment for it and my team is one man down. Great that important things like this don't get fixed.

Like that's going on for over an hour now, I can't play one single match without getting back to the launcher.

I am having the same issue now for a day. I have disabled my anti virus, i have reinstalled the game, restarted my computer, started it in windows 8 and 7 modes and it did nothing i am so done with this game.
