[Gameplay] Level 1 Missing Skillpoint glitch

So I was playing a zed game, against an ekko. I level up my Q first as usual and go into lane. When I reach the lane, I notice that the point that I put into my Q has vanished completely, I am have no power to fight off ekko, and get harassed. When I finally hit level two, I have two skillpoints available, as if I never put one into my Q in the first place. I looked at twitter to see if anyone else is having the same issue, and I found this video of a Lee Sin(not me) who had the exact same issue (excuse their use of foul language which was probably out of frustration). This bug is completely game changing, and honestly this huge early game disadvantage caused ekko to win lane against me and snowball, and I feel terrible about that.

Hopefully this bug can be fixed soon, it has only happened to me once, and I hope that I don't experience it again. (Again I'm really sorry about all the foul language in the video but it's the only one that I could find)
