I got my mastery lvl up with Janna in my ranked diamond game and now it won't open league, tried closing and reopening, but it's still bugged and not allowing me to click anything

Tried a 3rd time and same issue, the mastery Icon is frozen on the middle of the screen attempting to load in but not working

Still bugged and unable to log in, I even tried opening the shop before the mastery icon appears and it still bugs on the shop screen.

Just logged on to check again and still bugged, the mastery icon freezes the screen and won't allow anything to be clicked, taking forever
