Black Champion Select Screen

I keep getting this bug where I queue up for a match on blind pick and once I get to the champion select screen, it'll turn all black and I can't do anything other then open up friend list, chat, notifications or exit the client. I try to wait out the timer to see if the screen will just return to the menu or at least kick me out the champ select and then click on view a friends profile to change the screen but none of this happens. My only option is too exit the client and receive a penalty. I was in my promos and lost them because of this. [zombie-brand-clap] [zombie-brand-facepalm]
