Fiora bugs FIX please!

So far I've experienced most disgusting bugs ever on Fiora , first bug is that I receive_ DMG_ when I'm using my_ parry(W) _, second one is that sometimes Fiora Q won't hit the enemy or minion when it's in range and third one which is most annoying and wasn't fixed for ages is the double vitals bug! I don't know what to really add , but I'm gonna hope for these bugs to be finally fixed in up coming future!
