Can't move screen when changing masteries in Team Builder

Whenever you open up the tab to edit your masteries in Team Builder, you are unable to move around the LoL window. This has been an annoying issue for a while and since I had moved my screen halfway so I could look at something and change my masteries accordingly, I am unable to close the mastery page since the X is hidden and I cannot move the screen.

Not sure if that made sense so here's a picture of the right half of my screen: http://gyazo.com/e3a308c0e40f471f2b08b38a6788c957 I had moved it over so it wouldn't take up so much room as I edited it and am now unable to move my screen back and so have to reopen my client.
