Jhin movement speed bug.

jhin gain +150 movement speed from each autoattack he hit which make him unreachable and he keep gaining over speed in this process. this can not be a usual thing becaudse it's clearly unfair for any player to fight a type of gameplay like this which you can not reach or even when you try running away he's always hitting you. please fix this as soon as possible.

Read Jhin's passive. He gains movement speed every single time he crits and he had 90% crit chance so he'd crit pretty often. His MS increase is based on 10% (+ 4% per 10% bonus attack speed). The more AS he builds, the higher the increase. ######That runaan's jhin though.
