Illaoi Tentacles spawn in untargetable locations on Twisted Treeline

Illoai game mechanics on Twisted Tree are currently extremely error prone. Her tentacles spawn in places which are difficult (and frequently impossible) to target. For example, tentacles spawn directly on top of your own turret or even in the base on top of the shop! It's frustrating to recall when low on health hoping that you can get healthy and shop and then immediately die within your own base while Illaoi is near her own base.

Furthermore, her mechanics do not follow the mechanics of other champions. For example, if Heimer places a turret near your turret (or the shop) it will immediately be targeted and destroyed by your friendly structures. Illoais tentacles are not target even AFTER they attack you. Lastly, her turrets are only damaged by auto-attacks. This adds to the untargetable nature because AOE damage or even skill shot spells do nothing to them.
