Stuck in Champ select 0 counter

This happens ALOT to me RANDOMLY which annoys the living HAIRS all over my body...

WHEN it happens it just gets frozen at 0. My internet connectoin is perfectly stable. I've tried repairing but to no avail. Lost so much LP due to this already, any help is highly appreciated
