Poacher's Knife shown on end-screen, but removed from game

[CLIENT] Poacher's Knife shown on end-screen I saw a Shyvana with a Poacher's Knife in this patch. However, the item was removed from the game... The Shyvana didn't act very strange, other than flying in to our team at every opportunity. I didn't notice whether or not they had Poacher's Knife in the game though; sorry.
