[GAMEPLAY] Chilling Smite

Using this skill stops movement/clears attack table.

You target something with right click on the mouse and your champion starts to follow it, as it should, on auto to use auto attacks, but while in pursuit or en route to your target you use Chilling Smite to slow the target and your champion just stops moving or wanting to auto attack, instead of continuing on auto towards your target.
