The Possible 5.13 Teambuilder Glitch

I started a Teambuilder, and found 4 other solo players. After the client said "Matchmaking will begin" and counted down my league closed, however at first I thought it was just loading the game. The game stayed closed and i could not even launch it again, the client was flipping out. I restarted my computer and successfully reconnected to the game but at the 7:30 mark. My league ONLY DID THIS after I got 5.13. Thank you
