Unable to see Masteries + Unable to play at all

Every so often the game client completely breaks such that:

• Unable to join any blind pick or ARAM after accepting the match brings you to a completely black screen https://gyazo.com/0f69c856d7cd7a29c9e33dd1fd82e048 ^This error is the most frustrating because you don't realize it's coming until you get the black screen itself. Unable to pick a champion of course, I get punished for dodging... :L

This occurs breakage occurs seemingly randomly and once it occurs the client is completely broken until you reinstall. I have reinstalled several times only for this to occur only days after. Finally submitting a report because this is getting annoying. Hope this gets fixed.
