Problem with the client

ever since i got my new pc ive had troubles launching the game, once the cards show up before the game everything is normal untill everybody reaches 100% once that happens i dont get the lag frame (the black screen for a few frames to signal the game is starting) and i get an error i have made a ticket it did help for a few days then the problem is back i wanted to know if anybody has had the same problem or if its just me im also not sure if this is a bug or not since it has happend to all my games the past week or so thank you for your time
