Problems with store

I think the store just hates me. I haven't been able to buy anything in weeks.

Process:

Click on store, get "session ended" flash before it takes me to the store featured section. Click on any other tab and I get "session ended" flash before redirecting me to featured section.

So the I thought, maybe I could find a backdoor.

Click on sale champs in featured section to take me to champions. Try to buy champ Cannot buy champ. (I can get to the mini pop-up and I can reach the kat dancing around trying to buy it but then kat disappears and im stuck staring at this pop up champ.)

So I figured maybe I could go to my profile and check it out there

click on champ to little pop-up screen of champion Unlock champ button isn't available.

I just wanna buy someone QQ
