Game Crashing

So I've been having an interesting problem that past two days. When I launch League I can log in, que up, champion select and everything pregame but when I get to the load in screen before the match starts it freezes and I have to manually reboot my computer. I don't know if anyone else has been having this or a similar problem or has a fix but if you do please let me know. It should also be noted that this is something that only happens with league. Steam as well as several other applications are able to run fine.
