I earned 20 LP for a game, but was only credited 17?

I am on a 6 game winstreak so there's no -3 in play here. I was just promoted to the next league, the end game said I earned 20 LP for the win, but I was only credited 17 total? Link with screenshot included.

Did you dodge a game in your series? You still lose the 3 LP.
