Annie Ult Glitch
Annies ultimate has no cooldown. Literally as soon as the bear dies i can instantly ult again. Is this a glitch? I was using ultimate hunter for her but that shouldn't allow her to have instant cooldown.

With a fully stacked ultimate hunter and rank 3 Annie ult, you only need 30% CDR to get your ult down to less than Tibbers' duration. With 40%, your rank 2 ult is on the same cooldown as Tibbers' duration. Unless you were doing this with less CDR than that, a lower ult level, or Tibbers was dying early, then it's working as intended.
Sounds like it would be. You can have a very short cool down, but the only time I've ever seen the bear available after its timer runs out is during URF.
The amount of time tibbers can be alive has lengthened. I played an ARAM game recently with Annie and had tibbers alive for the full duration. After he died on his own my ult was basically back up again. I don't think its a bug and with the ultimate hunter buff it will be happening more often
