Selecting Ranked Puts Into Normals

I played three games today and for some reason my last 2 have been normals. I have it que up in ranked and it even takes me to draft mode(which I never pick for normals). After the game it says it was a normals, but when I go back to selecting a game type my "Ranked solo/duo que" is highlighted. I thought maybe my 2nd game I somehow accidentally selected the wrong one, but before my 3rd I made sure I had the correct que. I just also tried to que up for a normals blind pick and in fact it takes me to a normals blind pick. Why can't I play ranked games anymore?

I still seem to have this issue from time to time. I'm assuming this is some issue with the latest patch, but it still is pretty annoying to que up for ranked then find out it was considered a normal game at the end.
