Playing ivern bugs league gameplay

Three games as ivern different periods of times tonight and i changed champions every other game. only as ivern was this buggyness, unresponsiveness and a bugsplat. Every few seconds everything will not respond to button commands, chat delay and not being heard on voice chat. Every game i wasnt ivern it works fine and dandy, relaunchinv game does nothing and my connection is very fast but still restarted router and the obvious fixes. Nothing worked so im not playing ivern at the moment. Something to note is being able to move around but no responsiveness in certain aspects of the game.
