Shen Champion Mastery level 6 bug

As explained in the video, my summoner HP bar is way higher than normal and covers up the level 6 mastery emote. It wasn't like this last game, when I didn't have level 6 mastery. This occured in a custom game with my friend on purple side, and also alone on blue side. The distance between my hitbox and my hp bar is really throwing me off. It happens with warlord shen (as pictured) but not on bloodmoon shen or classic shen. I don't have any other skins to test, but I'm thinking it might be related to the flag.
