- I bought Taric by Two times , still can have this chamption and never get any money back ,also my Essence Collector ward were gone as well can u plz checked it for me?

There's currently a bug preventing the Essence Collector ward from being a selectable option. This is being worked on. (Thanks to KetyKhaos for the info on this).
As for purchasing Taric twice;
