I have experienced this once or twice before, but thought that perhaps it had to do with what level you were hitting. It happened again so went and checked. Low and behold, supposed to get a capsule each level. If I weren't a new player, I'd probably not care so much but considering I rely on those for future champions/blue essence, missing one could mean unlocking next champion or waiting longer to.

every level past 30 you get a random champion capsule, every 10 levels you get a larger capsule.
Dredgen13001 votesThat's good to know. But from my experience, it's when I open the Capsule itself that I get the reward as I have done so with past capsules I received from prior levels correct? Because the amount of blue essence I had prior to and now currently have only increased by my first win of the day objective.
Dynikus1 votescorrect, you should still get a capsule every level, just the contents of it aren't entirely random. If you didn't get a capsule, I'd open a support ticket or try their live chat to get it corrected.

This has happened before too so I'm wondering if those are gone or if they can look at the account details and notice if others were not rewarded as well. Main reason I want to ensure I'm getting my BE is because I have a Lucian shard and would really like to get him unlocked.
