[GAMEPLAY] Perside offset not working in game whatsoever.

Perside offset is not working in game at all and that puts anyone who may play with locked camera such as myself, at a huge disadvantage, which is why if I remember right you created perside offset. I haven't seen a single post about this that got acknowledgement from a rioter and I was really hoping to hear something back about it. At least that you're looking into the cause and that a fix will be out as soon as possible. I can't even risk ranked right now, because if I get red side, I can't see what's going on half the time. So, I'd love to hear back from someone to let me know what's going on with this and what's being done about it. Thanks.
