[CLIENT] Unable to See or Select Champions in Draft

Upon joining a solo queue game, I was unable to see or select any champions. This prevented me from banning a champion and kicked me from the game. Rip first promo game...

Ways to reproduce: I guess you just queue up for ranked solo/duo. (Other odd bugs have been happening in champ select as well. Possibly just a polish pass on that could help immensely.)
