Glitch with Influence Points

So, I just purchased Wukong for 4800 IP. Now here's my issue. I initially had roughly 10990 IP before I purchased him. After purchasing Wukong, my remaining balance became 1392 IP. I'm not that great at math, but I know 10990 minus 4800 is not 1392. I should have roughly 6100 after the purchase. Is there any way that this can be fixed?
