Glitch in match making(no champions)

During matchmaking I was banning and after banning our teams last champ the time came for me to select first and I had 0 champs to select from, this resulted in the timer running to zero our lobby being disband and with me getting a 5 point loss and a 6min wait time. It may have just been a connection issue but the champion banning and my game prior were fine.
