[Gameplay] Braum Q not really visible

Just had a enemy Braum and his Q wasnt visible. I couldnt see the projectile but the cold air which the Q is covered in. I dont know if this bug occurs when you play with a skin. My friends also had this problem so i dont think it was a one time only issue.

Shmiggle crazy

I had the same problem with a Braum using the classic skin. You could only see the cold air particle effects.
