Key fragments stopped dropping

I don't know why, but I just stopped receiving hextech key fragment. It's been a few weeks since I got at least one, and I'm stuck with 4 chests which I just can't open. I do know that drop rate decreases during month and availability of these fragments is related to availability of chests, but I really didn't get anything and I played quite a lot and I got last fragment about a month ago so it should have reset(drop rate). My friends has the same problem so it's not just me. I don't know if it's a bug, a patch related problem or something else. If anyone can help me with this or at least confirm if me and my friends aren't the only ones, I would be really grateful.

Mostly same situation, my drop chance reseted 1 week ago, so i totally earned 5 fragments (they dropped pretty recently) of new month for now. When i got 5 fragments, since I won like 20+ games, and nothing. After last patch and after 4 chests, no more keys. I had no alerts about banning from loot system, Im kinda confused too.

Same here, I got 2 fragments when the last cycle finished and won plenty of games, still nothing. I feel like the drop rate has been massively lowered. Every friend also has the same problem.

Same, Ive played atleast 60 games since the last key drop (probably more), this is getting ridiculous.
