Can't log in through Client

I tried logging into League this morning and it keeps saying the username and password is wrong. I come on here, type in my info, same thing, but when I used my google saved passwords feature (SAME PASSWORD) it let me log on to the site. This makes no sense. I try typing in my information, I get wrong password. I even sent you guys a ticket and it some how got removed, but I have the email confirmation for said ticket that never got looked at or answered from you guys. My ticket number was (#40733908). And I have already tried to have you guys send me a reset password via linked email, but I haven't received it still, and I know the account is linked to that email because you guys sent me the confirmation for me ticket.
