Evelynn Camouflage Red Side
Over many games with Evelynn, I have noticed that when spawning on the red side, her passive doesn't work until level 2. On the other hand, when spawning on the blue side, she leaves the fountain with her passive active.

a friend of mine has noticed this aswell...but her rework is coming after ornn thats what riot said so i guess they are not bothered with it with her rework so close.
Her passive is active on the red side, it is just a visual bug from a few patches ago. You can still in fact do silly Eve things like invade their jg while keeping them out of the circle (which is still visible to the player even when Eve isnt "Technically" invisible.
