Steps to Reproduce:

1. Launch League of Legends and log into a valid, level 30 account.
2. Select Play -> PvP -> Classic -> Summoner's Rift -> Ranked Solo/Duo.
3. Wait for the Ready Up checker to appear and immediately select Accept.
4. Minimize the client before the Champion Select screen appears.
5. Re-open/Un-minimize the client after the Champion Select screen appears.
6. Observe the appearance of the champion portraits.

Reproducibility: Once (1/3 Attempts)

Observed Result: There are several missing champion portraits, and/or empty slots, display in the champion pool. Expected Result: There should be a consistent display of the champion pool portraits at all times.
