Getting planted as Quinn after dropping out of R with an AA

I haven't been able to put my finger on exactly what is causing this, but occasionally I'll drop out of R with an AA on a champ and I'll get planted to the ground. I can't take any action until I cast E. I'm still trying to nail down the exact circumstances...
