[CLIENT] Kicked/disconnected in game lobby twice a row before managed to pick champion- got penality

Both ranked games: 1st time I got kicked just at the time of "picking champion" signal with notification "you failed to pick a champion" - around 8pm 07.07.2015 waited penality and tried again 2nd time I got error "disconnected from chat" in lobby just after 1st pick (why would I need chat there to pick?) but obviously my screen freezed there (didnt screen error but there is situation - error.jpg) - as you can see counter is gone - just to unfreeze with "you failed to pick a champion" again. Screen many.jpg shows time and log from activites. I request to remove these penalities from me and PLEASE fix this connection to chat server - I have very stable connection and 0 lags in-game but I'm getting disconnected from chat sever from time to time but now also I'm getting penalities from this and my rank gets ruined. Or just make some solution to avoid mixing chat server with game lobby server. Either refuse me to start games if your servers are overloaded or let me play without fear of getting random kicks.
