Runes not saving

After playing a match where my runes didn't save properly, I immediately jumped into another match, and yet again my runes did not save properly. After finishing the second match, I checked my rune page in my collection and it displayed the right runes, the ones I tried to save going into the game. Checking the match history however, shows that it did not in fact save. It's really no fun to play a 30 min match and already starting with a disadvantage because your runes don't save.
