Azir's Sand Soldiers proc Braum's passive?
Why don't Azir's soldiers proc Concussive blows' stacks? Since they substitute Azir's auto attacks shouldn't they proc?

I belive Azir's soldiers attacks count as linear AoE, not basic attacks.
the soldiers attacks are counted as spells not basic attacks
