[CLIENT] Error about graphic card and no internet connection

Every 20 games or so I get the graphic card error and the internet connection error. I can restart computer, update driver (it's up to date) restart client countless times. Nothing works until the game has ended, and the next game everything works fine. The only pattern that I saw is that it happens when playing champs with skin. It really upsetting when I have ranked games and I can't play them.

I've tried all the options and solutions posted on this forum, but they don't work. I can't reconnect to that match until it finishes.
