[Gameplay] Rengar -- Starting a game as Rengar causes HUD to malfunction.

I do not know where to actually submit this but bear with me.

Upon starting a game with rengar my HUD is broken. Pieces are missing. I cannot see any healthbars. I cannot see any name information. I cannot access options. I cannot exit out of the game without difficulty. This only happens with Rengar at only. Only hotkeys work.

Chat hasn't been effected.

This happened three non consecutive games with Rengar.

Simply start a game as Rengar Top with Teleport and Ignite.
