Lee sin W self-smart cast

riot please fix the bug. it has gone through few patches, lee sin self-smart cast still has the same function with the smart cast, for those players who don't use self-smart cast, it has no negative effect, but for the players who use the self-smart cast as their priority choice like me, it is annoying. on the other hand, there are some other champions could do the self-smart cast shield such as orianna/janna etc, so it doesn't make sense that only lee sin could not do the same thing.
