Error 183: Cannot Create Dump File

This error is making playing League of Legends just not fun anymore. Error 183 shows up during champ select giving me dodge timers. This is preventing me from playing Ranked with my friends. I have searched for fixes to this error, but to no avail. Nothing I have found has worked. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am open to try anything that I have not already tried, so please leave suggestions on this thread. Also if a Riot employee reads this, please tell me what I can do to fix this error.
