Not Getting Hextech Chest After Team getting an S rating (Champion never got a chest before)

I'm getting a problem that after a game I cant get a hextech chest when my team gets an S, and I never used the champion before to get one in the past. Can someone explain why this is happening?

It has to be your premade, not just your team. It encourages playing with friends.

You also have to own the champion, you can't get a chest on a free week champion unless you own it.
