[GAMEPLAY] Fiora parry not working against Morgana's bind (q).

So Im not sure if this person was hacking or if it was just a bug, but in the game I just played morgana's q wouldnt register with my parry as parrying it and would go through to me and bind me. It happened every single time. I would like to link the replay video but I dont know how. added edit, I was watching the replay and some of them do appear to be very tight, the last death of my character in the game, you can clearly see how I was hit with a bind after I parried and hit no one with my parry and the root still rooted me into place when I should be immune.
