Ranked Solo/Duo Bug

After i won 2 games in a promotion series( so i should be promoted), the system says im qualified for a series and it says i have to play 3 games and win 2 again. I checked my rank, it didn't change. (I was s5 100lp, after i won the series, im still s5 100lp)

This bug should be fixed, so i should be s4
