[GAMEPLAY] Chroma Skin bundles not available for selection in Teambuilder Que

Hello all, I bought the Leona Chroma package a few days ago and I noticed when que'ing in a team builder game that we cannot select the colors that would be available to other que's. (Where you would select the champion skin) I noticed however the last skin(color) that was selected in a game will be used once you load into the Teambuider game.
