GAMEPLAY - Champion gets locked in auto attack

Hello summoners, sometimes when playing, my champion gets stuck auto attacking. When this happens, any attempt to disengage from combat does not work, and my champion will continuously attack. My cursor changes from green when right clicking to red at all times. On top of this, the store is inaccessible, I cannot level up abilities, and I cannot recall. The only way to get out of this is to kill all the minions, at which point you can walk around, or use an ability to dash or escape auto range. If I try to attack minions after escaping, the glitch happens again. This can last around 5 - 15 minutes, before seemingly disappearing.

I do not know how to trigger this glitch.

This glitch appears to be seemingly random, appearing maybe once every 2 games to once every 50 games.
