Taliyah w has no second cast.

Her W is now very difficult/ nearly impossible to use effectively in any team fights. You have to hold W for half a second - a full second and release to even get it to cast, has no option to knock up (only directional), and has no indicator on the size of the attack, it's just an arrow. Is there any way to get a fix quick on this one? Kinda hard to play a ranked game with 3 skills instead of 4.
